Village Hall - a modern building, available for hire.

Built in 1992 Epperstone Village Hall is a modern building offering a large main room, a committee room, a modern kitchen, changing rooms and a large car park with a capacity of around 60 cars. Crockery is available in the kitchen and along with tables and chairs there is now a set of card tables available for use. The hall can be transformed for weddings or other events by the addition of a marquee, either inside or out.

 

Adjacent to the Village Hall is a large playing field, cricket pitch, two floodlit all weather tennis courts and a children's activity area including swings, slides, climbing frames etc.

Epperstone Trunk Water Main Replacement Works

Update from Severn Trent Water

Work to install the new water main in Epperstone is progressing well. Towards the end of January (W/C 22 Jan) we’ll need to move out of the field to install some connections and valves on Gonalston Lane. Unfortunately to do this safely we’ll need to close Gonalston Lane, close to the village hall to through traffic for about 4 weeks – access will be maintained to properties and the village hall during this phase of work and traffic will be diverted along Lowdham Road. Thank you once again for your patience while we carry out this work.
